Scheme of Studies

At the beginning of a week every teacher is provided with a course plan that is aimed to cover in the class during that particular week. At the end of the same week a feedback is obtained from the teachers to measure the actual performance with the standard. The causes of the variance are discussed with the concerned teacher.

Moreover the following steps are taken to ensure course coverage and students' preparation for the final exams.

Monthly tests are conducted during the last week of the month.

The parent meeting is called to communicate and discuss the result of their children.

Apart from teaching, counseling service is offered to address the student's issues.

Almost two months prior to the final exam extra coaching classes are arranged in which students' presence is essentially demanded. By holding such extra classes the students are provided with an opportunity to cover up their deficiency if any. This sort of action plans are also designed to revise the key topics of the syllabus. Moreover daily tests are conducted during such extra sessions.

Apart from the above students participation in class discussion is encouraged for confidence building. The students are also invited for class presentations, computer application on Accounting software, statistical analysis and mathematical analysis. Students are provided with consultancy services in matters of importance to them. They are encouraged into discussion in an open and free environment

At frequent intervals the job placement opportunities are displayed at the college notice board. The students should visit the notice board everyday to find out the matters of importance.

Quiz competition is another technique for exam preparation. This competition is between boys and girls. Both parties leave no stone unturned to win the competition. The winners are awarded prizes and their pictures are displayed on the college notice board.
